I named this membership Best Version of you because I am SO confident that my workout plans, guides, workshops and programs WILL transform your physical fitness, strength, mobility and flexibility for a fraction of the cost of regular Yoga or Pilates classes.

  • The membership includes unlimited access to all my classes, livestreams, programs and workshops. I release a new schedule every week designed to give you an optimal practice routine. I upload new classes every week and a weekly schedule to take the guesswork out of your routine. All memberships begin with a 7-day free trial, and you can sign up for the monthly membership or annual membership here.

  • This membership is a detailed guide into your personal practice, developed to give you an optimal routine. But you will be able to choose whichever class you feel like and use the search option to find what you’re looking for! The newest classes will appear at the top and you will be able to click the schedule option to see what is new. Livestreams will be through zoom, which you will receive a link for and the recording will be uploaded after class.

  • Motivation is typically temporary in a moment of excitement. What we want to create is consistency! With consistency we form habits and habits become hard to break, once you become in tuned with your body, deeply get to know yourself and your being - this will become easier, lighter and not feel so demanding.

    The membership will really help you build the consistency and learn how to prioritize movements that feel good for you and serve you.

  • The Monthly Unlimited Membership is $29.99 USD billed monthly.

    The Annual Unlimited Membership is $299.99 USD billed annually.

    Individual Classes and Class Replays can be rented for $15 USD. Rentals include access to that class only for 24 hours. Billed once.

    All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • All new memberships begin with a 7 day free trial. Your membership begins automatically after the trial, unless cancelled before the 7 day period is up.
